Assist in installing repairing and maintaining industrial machinery equipment physical structures plumbing and electrical systems of industrial establishment.

Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:

Provide services to maintain analyze diagnose troubleshoot and repair mechanical components on CNC Milling Lathes machine tools and accessories.
Assist machine installation repair retrofit and system upgrades.
Communicate action plans and timelines to customers and team members.
Maintain safe work environment
Perform and document work in accordance with company administrative and operational procedures
Engage in company and team efforts to improve business and operational practices.
Document maintenance as required for our ISO Systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Education and/or Experience:

Vocational or associates degree (or equivalent experience) in machine tool mechanics large machine repair equipment maintenance or related field.
1 or more years of machine maintenance or machine tool repair or maintenance services.
Experience using power pneumatic hydraulic HVAC plumbing carpentry and hand tools.
Good mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to work parts such as pumps motors shafts bearings and spindles.
Read and understands parts manuals assembly instructions trouble shooting guides and mechanical blueprints.
Able to work and communicate effectively with team members machine manufactures and customers on technical issues.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Physical Demands:

Shop environment with exposure to power machinery heights high temperature noise moving components grease dirt and sharp objects.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be comfortable working from lifts and platforms.
Willing to work outside in hot cold or wet weather conditions.
Willing to work around various chemicals.
Ability to wear (without restrictions) required personal protective equipment including safety eyewear and footwear.

Pay Range:

24.00 - 36.00
