Other investors include Cisco Investments Eight Roads Ventures (A division of Fidelity Investments) Dragoneer Investments Peak XV Partners and Stellaris Venture Partners.
About the Role
UX writing sits within our Platform Tribe in a Shared Services Pod composed of Product Designers UX Writers and Developers. This team works across all Tribes and Pod to systematically elevate holistic product design content and development solutions.
As a W1 or W2 Writer on this team you will support our W3 writer. UX writing and strategy as a practice is integral to a unified modernized user-friendly and cohesive end-to-end Whatfix product narrative and experience. It not only increases the usability of the Whatfix product but also the ability and speed with which our customers gain value from our product.
The shared services core product is Navi our design the same way a design system attempts to systematize UI it also systematizes the way we handle content patterns like:
What you will do
In a supporting role to the UXC W3 you will help define prioritize integrate systematize and measure content across the product. Youll contribute to the creation delivery and governance of content that is clear consistent user-centered and aligned with UX heuristics.
