About the Opportunity
Were seeking an exceptional leader to develop launch and scale our groundbreaking AI Adoption platform. You will be reporting directly into the Founder & CEO of Multiverse. This role represents a unique opportunity to build a new product from the ground up blending a mix of software and services to deliver customer ROI at scale. The role would suit a highly customer-centric and product-focused leader who has previously brought a new software product to market ideally as a founder or core member of an early-stage start-up team.
Multiverses established UK apprenticeship business has over 1500 customers and is rapidly parallel we can see clear demand from our customers and partners for a non-apprenticeship product which drives AI tool adoption. Despite massive investments in Microsoft 365 Copilot and other enterprise AI solutions adoption rates remain frustratingly low with our US data showing only 42% of AI licenses are actively used with $4.5M wasted per 1000 employees on underutilized SaaS tools.

What youll build
Our team has created an MVP product which has shown 7x adoption results in initial customer pilots. Using a mix of software and services it delivers personalised role and tool-specific AI use cases and upskilling at scale. Social features along with measured and reported ROI further drive adoption and business impact.
Were now looking to develop and scale this product at pace with the VP AI Adoption Product hiring a dedicated team of engineers engagement managers and more to expedite its roll out. Youll establish our Adoption Platform as its own start-up within the business with the benefit of our existing customer base IP and established team to support its growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy and Vision: Define the platforms long-term vision strategy and roadmap continually iterating on it to find established product market fit.
2. Product Development and Launch: end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration creating a product that delights customers and delivers measured business impact.
3. Customer / Partner Centricity and Engagement: Build relationships with customers and partners to maintain focus on their needs for continuous product evolution including implementing development partner programmes.
4. Team Recruitment and Leadership: Recruit develop and scale a dedicated cross-functional team fostering an agile results-driven environment and collaboration with existing Multiverse teams.
5. Scale to Deliver Sustainable Business Results: Expand to new customers and markets maturing the product to deliver scaled customer adoption and business impact. Own the products P&L including revenue and margin goals.
About you
Proven track record launching new products or entering new markets
Deep experience in developing products with technical teams
Deep experience in B2B sales to C-Suite decision makers
Strong understanding of AI/ML landscape and enterprise adoption challenges
Experience in hiring and scaling product and commercial teams
Background in workforce transformation or workforce technology
Experience with ISV partnership ecosystems
Strategic Vision: Ability to see around corners and build long-term competitive advantage
Execution Excellence: Track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments
Customer Obsession: Deep empathy for customer challenges and outcomes
Data-Driven: Comfortable with metrics analytics and ROI-focused selling
Collaborative Leadership: Experience working across global cross-functional teams
Market Intelligence: Deep network within UK enterprise technology ecosystem
