Position Summary
BrightStar Care of Lake County is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LPN to provide one-on-one home care for a client in the Crown Point area. This role is ideal for nurses looking for predictable morning hours meaningful patient relationships and a supportive nurse-led environment.
This position features:
Monday Wednesday Friday morning shifts (3 hours each)
A calm structured home-care setting
Direct one-on-one client care

Pay: LPN up to $38/hr RN up to $43/hr (based on experience/fit

What Youll Do
Provide individualized care based on the clients Plan of Care
Monitor and document changes in the clients condition
Communicate proactively with the Director of Nursing and family
Ensure safe high-quality in-home care
Build a meaningful long-term client relationship
Requirements
Active unrestricted RN or LPN license in Indiana
CPR certification & negative TB test or chest X-ray
Nursing experience preferred
Recent graduates welcome with strong clinical skills and reliable availability
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with mobility as needed
