As ourOffice Manager youll be the heartbeat of our clinicensuring smooth daily operations supporting executive leadership and being a warm welcoming presence for our clients and their families. This is ahigh-impact people-first rolein a fast-pacedIOP/PHP clinical setting ideal for someone who thrives on organization communication and meaningful work.
Responsibilities
- Be thefirst point of contactfor incoming calls and visitorsoffering clarity compassion and professionalism.
- Support marketing efforts and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate family and referral partner tours with warmth and precision.
- Manage office supplies mail and vendor relationships.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members.
- Maintain IT inventory and liaise with tech support for site-specific needs.
- Serve as the clinicsSafety Officerand ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Organize internal events and support program facilitation.
- Track and report client outcomes with accuracy and care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative mission-driven culture.
Qualifications
- 3 years of administrative or office management experience(healthcare or behavioral health setting a plus!)
- Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suiteand the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
