Personal Injury Litigation Attorney - Full-time

Location:Boca Raton FL

Required Qualifications:

Full-time Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
5 years of personal injury litigation experience
At least 4-5 first-chair civil trials
General litigation experience
Motion practice experience
Fact and expert witness deposition experience
General discovery practice experience
Strong communication and people skills
Bilingual
Experience with SmartAdvocate (case management software)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
Effective and efficient communication with clients and co-workers
Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Team-oriented attitude

Job Description

Represent clients after pre-suit through the conclusion of the case whether via settlement or trial
Prepare for and try numerous jury trials throughout Florida each year
Work with approximately 35-40 files in direct collaboration with at least one paralegal and a team of legal assistants
Focus solely on litigation without dealing with pre-litigation or pre-suit cases
Attend seminars and workshops to continually improve trial skills
Receive compensation through a base salary and guaranteed bonus structure
