Seeking Senior Project Managers and Program Managers
Our team is growing! We have multiple positions open for senior-level project managers and program managers in the Information Technology space. Our PMs support various project types including:
- Software development or implementation
- Infrastructure projects
- IT Security initiatives
- Digital transformation programs
- Business process improvement programs
- Data migration projects
Our consultants work in a variety of industries including energy financial services aerospace manufacturing education healthcare and technology innovation.
At Persimmon senior-level PMs are responsible to lead our most complex efforts typically enterprise-wide programs or initiatives impacting many stakeholders functions and processes.
Qualifications
Here is what we look for in an ideal candidate; however be aware that you could be an excellent candidate without meeting all of these criteria.
- 7-10 years overall Project Management experience
- 3 years leading complex enterprise-wide projects or programs
- Experience working with or as a Business Analyst to gather requirements capture current state/future state business processes etc.
- Ability to manage complex schedules in Microsoft Project track budget performance and develop forecasts
- Ability to simplify and streamline schedule budget and status information to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage mixed teams of customer vendor and partner stakeholders across multiple functions
- Experience developing or contributing to the development of a thorough RFP package
