- Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads
- Assist with pre-leasing; this includes communication with current and future residents participating in promotional events working with the Community Manager to relate rightly with the local college etc.
- Solve problems by overcoming objections
- Lease apartments and use the tools and resources available to close the sale
- Support other team members by assisting them as needed
Youll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things:
- Lead Generation
- Lead Conversion
- Customer Fulfillment
We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team helps with our this role youll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:
- Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal
- Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%
- Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month
Our company runs purely on EOS. That means as a member of this team you will have a leader who:
- Gives clear directions
- Makes sure you have the necessary tools
- Acts with the greater good in mind
- Delegates appropriately.
- Takes time to truly understand your role and how you can help the company
