About the role
The People and Culture Division plays a key role in supporting AEMO and our people to learn lead and thrive as we navigate the energy future. We support our people to work in an environment that is adaptive consumer-focussed on commercial. Our aim is to attract develop and retain talent build the skills and capabilities needed for the future creating a culture that will enable people to thrive.
Join a strategic role where youll shape the workforce planning agenda for the year ahead. As a Senior Workforce Analyst youll lead the development of a 12-month resource forecast that accounts for attrition capability growth and project demands. Your insights will drive integrated workforce planning across all divisions ensuring alignment between headcount financial resources and organisational strategy.
Youll collaborate closely with Group Managers Senior HR Business Partners HR Services and Finance to deliver accurate workforce reporting and governance. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
