Restaurant General Manager - Fayetteville Arkansas
Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in Fayetteville! The ideal Restaurant General Manager should be a detail-oriented highly organized leader who can maintain a positive work environment drive staff development and effectively manage daily operations and administrative duties in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily restaurant operations and a positive professional environment
- Oversee training and development performance reviews and staffing
- Be detail-oriented highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
- Manage administrative duties including: Profit and loss Inventory management and Accounting
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: up to $55000

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring training and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient withfinancials(P&Ls inventory food/labor cost etc.)
