Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in Fayetteville! The ideal Restaurant General Manager should be a detail-oriented highly organized leader who can maintain a positive work environment drive staff development and effectively manage daily operations and administrative duties in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily restaurant operations and a positive professional environment
Oversee training and development performance reviews and staffing
Be detail-oriented highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
Manage administrative duties including: Profit and loss Inventory management and Accounting

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: up to $55000

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring training and developing hourly employees
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient withfinancials(P&Ls inventory food/labor cost etc.)
