As the Learning Lead you will play a critical role in shaping the future of learning at Goodstart. By designing and delivering world-class leadership and capability programs you will empower our people to grow thrive and make a lasting impact on children and families.

Youll bring to the table:

• Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Learning & Development Organisational Development or Psychology with at least 5 years of experience leading L&D teams in a large complex organisation.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of the full learning cycle adult learning theories instructional design and supporting technologies.
• Strategic & Operational Thinking: Ability to think strategically while effectively managing operational demands.
• Stakeholder Management & Influence: Strong skills in consultation negotiation and influencing at all levels.
• Human-Centred & Innovative Design: Proven experience in applying human-centred design principles to learning solutions.
• Leadership & Project Management: Excellent ability to manage multiple projects ensuring timely and impactful delivery as well as leading your team to create impactful and fit-for-purpose solutions.
