Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise inspections using advanced metrology techniques and measurement systems.
- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform accurate assessments.
- Utilize optical gauging and other precision measuring instruments effectively.
- Identify and resolve quality issues through effective problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to team members fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Apply CNC milling knowledge to enhance inspection processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in quality inspection metrology or a related field.
- Proven expertise in CMM programming and operation.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
