manage day-to-day administrative tasks (calendar phone calls writing letters emails purchase requests and expenses).
handle the organization of the meetings extensive and complex travels with multilocation and tight schedule (especially for investor/analyst roadshows).
use knowledge of the organization to work with limited direction from the senior executives to ensure efficient secretarial support
be the interface with the numerous internal and external contacts concerning the above listed items
Work in close collaboration with the other MB executive assistants and be able to replace each other for a short period as back-up including the EA for the group CEO.
Manage the training on our travel platform (Egencia) for newcomers.
Your profile
The Candidate must be a strong team contributor with a deep experience as an executive assistant
Excellent interpersonal skills
Reliability rigour with a sense of flexibility
Attention to details and respect of deadlines
A high level of organization
Ability to handle emergencies and assess situations to understand requirements and to prioritise
Tact discretion confidentiality and the ability to manage VIP contacts
Dedication to operational excellence great sense of initiative team spirit
Good Writing skills
Good knowledge of the business world & good cultural knowledge with an interest to finance-related activities is a plus
Excellent proficiency in the English language (oral and written) any other european language is a plus
Good skills in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint is
Knowledge of expense tools (i.e.: expense accounts and purchases)
