Social Media Manager

Location: Costa Mesa CA 92627

Schedule: Full-Time Hybrid

Salary: $68640 - $80000 per year

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

The Social Media Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal/external teams leading the development and execution of strategies that align with each clients business brand and social media goals. This role manages multiple client accounts overseeing projects with varying deadlines while ensuring strong organization attention to detail and timely delivery. The Social Media Manager is expected to think strategically and creatively to build campaigns that extend beyond single posts collaborate with the greater team to produce dynamic content for events photoshoots and larger initiatives and contribute to brainstorms and special projects. They will also monitor and interpret social media trends tools and strategies thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting client priorities and be available for occasional travel.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day client interaction and act as primary liaison between client and internal/external team members
  • Help develop and manage multiple clients social presence with our team
  • Identify and/or interpret clients business brand and social media goals
  • Work on multiple projects with varying deadlines following different processes and procedures
  • Exercise an ability to follow-through on projects and drive them to completion strong attention to detail organization and time management skills
  • Think creatively and outside the box to create campaigns and strategies for multiple brands that go beyond just a singular social post
  • Work with the internal creative team to develop dynamic social content for a range of initiatives (ex: events photoshoots campaigns recaps etc.)
  • Contribute to team brainstorms as well as assist in special projects and administrative assignments as needed
  • Monitor trends in social media technology tools applications channels design and strategy
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing client direction goals and deadlines
  • Travel for company/client as needed
  • Other duties as needed

WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or related field
  • 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of all first-party organic and paid social platform features and functions as well as Google Analytics Sprout Social and Julius a plus

Compensation Transparency

In accordance with Californias Pay Transparency Law (Cal. Lab. Code 432.3) the compensation range for this position is $68640 - $80000 per year. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as experience skills qualifications and business needs.
