What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
- Lead or co-lead complex projects effectively managing time and resources and influencing across departments
- Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend and manage subsequent budget changes where necessary
- Forecast and plan resource requirements for projects and communicate project requirements and milestones clearly to enable project resource forecasts and planning in other departments.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
- Communicate effectively across leadership and diverse stakeholders presenting plans and status updates with clarity and precision while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Lead briefings and strategic meetings to support early adoption initiatives driving impactful change management efforts.
- Proactively assess and communicate critical risks and their broader business impact offering well-informed recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
- Establish robust mechanisms for tracking performance intervening when needed and solving complex problems in collaboration with senior leaders and network partners including but not limited to GTEL GSC and R&D.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively remove roadblocks from team objectives
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy consistently identifying the correct objectives and executing work that delivers sustained benefits with minimal guidance
- Demonstrate the ability to build and sustain highly effective teams while navigating complex interactions at all levels of the organization.
- Develop best practices and standard work tools for continuous improvement of project execution and management
- Apply expertise in project management principles to ensure successful execution while serving as a mentor and subject matter expert fostering the development of less-experienced project managers across the site.
- Provide advisory support to management offering recommendations and assessments while demonstrating leadership in team environments
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 4 years of
experience; OR a masters degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR
a PhD with 0 years of experience; OR as associates degree with 8 years
of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of
relevant experience - Demonstrated experience managing projects with cross-functional team members
- Understanding of pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing operations and related processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members while effectively persuading stakeholders and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious team environment
- Proactive and possesses a creative entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of successfully executing key projects in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to deliver impactful presentations
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and serve as a resource for others demonstrating independence and initiative in managing assignments.
- Adaptability flexibility and efficiency in managing shifting priorities and timelines
- Technically competent with various software programs such as MS Office
- Strong familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project

- Project Management degree or certification
- Specific experience managing pharmaceutical/technical/medical devices projects and/or clinical programs
- Knowledge and certification in operational excellence methodologies
- Experience in customer-facing roles with strong customer service skills

Work Location Assignment:Hybrid
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $112700.00 to $187800.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
