Youll provide hands-on IT support to colleagues across the business ensuring systems run smoothly and staff receive outstanding service. From resolving day-to-day issues to supporting projects and maintaining our IT infrastructure youll play a key role in keeping Ten10 connected and secure.
Deliver 1st Line (and some 2nd Line) IT support across hardware software and core IT services
Build configure and deploy desktops/laptops for new and existing users
Maintain the IT asset register ensuring accurate records of all hardware and software
Manage IT support tickets providing timely resolution and clear updates
Assist with IT procurement in coordination with the Head of IT and Senior IT Technician
Contribute to internal IT projects and wider team initiatives
Experience providing IT support in a professional environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Confidence working with hardware (laptops/desktops) and provisioning devices
Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
Exposure to IT good practice standards (e.g. ITIL)
A willingness to learn develop and embrace new technologies
