Job Purpose and Impact
The Logistics Analyst will handle moderately complex analytical challenges of the transportation and logistics this role you will support transportation mode teams and develop initiatives and coordinate moderately complex supply chain projects to build standardization and improvements.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead projects and develop analytic products to reduce cost and continuously improve processes within the transportation and logistics sectors to effectively manage data and technology challenges upgrades and transitions.
- Lead the implementation of moderately complex projects and process improvements to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Lead the execution of projects and initiatives support the team and perform internal audits of the transportation sourcing operations processes while using a thorough understanding of data and analytics practices and procedures to report on processes and ensure best practices are shared among locations.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transportation and logistics.
- Experience querying analyzing and deriving insight from data.
- Experience with SQL KNIME Tableau or Power Bi.
- Experience with stake holder management.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
The expected salary for this position is $65000-$ varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
