Our Village at St. Clair located in Windsor Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Full-Time ASSISTANT DIRECTOR of NURSING - RPN to join their LONG-TERM CARE village team.

To be successful as our new Assistant Director of Nursing Care you will:

Hold a current registration as a Registered Nurses (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Hold current Heart Save Level of CPR
Have three (3) years of experience leading and directing department(s) in a healthcare setting
Experience working with people living with Dementia and understand how to support individuals expressing Personal Expressions
Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents families and team members
Understand the physical mental and emotional demands of the Assistant Director of Nursing Care role

It would be an asset if our new Assistant Director of Nursing Care has:

Knowledge of relevant policies procedures legislation and regulations applicable to the long-term care sector including the Long-Term Care Homes Act 2007 and Health & Safety
Experience in Geriatric nursing
