As a Customer Relations Specialist you are the liaison between Cortlands residents and apartment-management teams. You offer a listening ear to Cortlands residents with the goal of maintaining our industry-leading resident experience.

• Strong 1 years in hospitality apartment-management or similar service industries: either via phone or in-person customer interactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all stakeholders including customers coworkers vendors and company leaders
• Solid computer skills preferred including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelors degree preferred
