Job Description
Product Marketing Manager
AsProduct Marketing Manager you will successfully apply your knowledge project management skills and experience as we establish new routes to market and launch our existing new solutions in the Benelux Market. You will build a deep understanding of the competitor landscape customer pain points and opportunities to formulate compelling value propositions.You will challenge and advice the sales teams and significantly contribute to the growth ambitions of leasing and commercial finance in both Belgium and the Netherlands.

Day to day:
You will lead a team of several direct reports and work both in Eindhoven and Mechelen at the intersection of strategy innovation and execution.
Build a strong understanding of our partners and customers product overlay and go to market strategies.
Work closely with the product owners the Customer experience team sales and marketing to obtain insights into our customers pain points and build compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our dealers and end users.
Be the central point of contact to execute a coordinated and timely approach for new product introductions and developing sales and marketing launch plans in line with account plans.
Understand and support our sales teams challenge advise and train them on the problems we solve for our customers and develop sales tools that facilitate the sales process
Review our current product portfolio and messaging to design a customer focused view of our product portfolio

Essentials:
- Minimum of 6-8 years experience in relevant product marketing field
- A deep understanding of product marketing best practices
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus
- Strong skills in building and growing a business based on solid roadmap
- Experienced in leading a team with professionals
- Shaping new propositions to defining the customer experience across all touchpoints youll turn insights into action and ideas into customer value.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and influencing skills in matrixed and international settings.
- University degree (Marketing or business-related education preferred)
- Proactive and positive attitude ability to work in dynamic and changing environment
- Ability to convince others and build relationships across all levels
- Analytical and project management skills ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
