The Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management Brand Support Digital Publishing Services Marketing Automation Copywriting and Creative Design.
As a Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist in the Digital Campaigns Chapter in the Global Digital Hub you play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end orchestration of campaign content delivery of Foundational products across all channels and request types. You ensure seamless coordination between global and local teams you are responsible for briefing delivery teams and achieve consistent messaging throughout the organization. You contribute to global digital marketing content delivery promote the adoption of global content and templatization.
In this role you build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the global brand teams with external vendors and internal delivery teams to execute seamless digital content for our digital presence.
Content production management: Drive the end-to-end orchestration of campaign and content delivery across all channels and request types. Ensure delivery standards are met and capture relevant feedback from stakeholders.
Your opportunity:
Content network facilitator: Initiate conversations between global and internal teams to reflect needs insights and learnings on digital content and achieve consistent messaging across the organization. Collaborate with the global brand engagement team on global content plans and affiliate teams.
Digital content delivery coordination: ensure seamless global brand content creation through managing content creation process with creative and medical content delivery teams
Stakeholder Communication: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders revise digital campaign content requests accordingly and ensure alignment with their expectations.
Support affiliates with content demand planning topics and integrate local demand forecast inputs into Roches global demand planning methodology to ensure strategic alignment and readiness.
Coordinate Marketing Legal and Regulatory (MLR) process as part of content creation.
Engage with the global brand team to communicate key insights and recommendations.
Who you are:
You have a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field; you are highly creative innovative forward thinking marketer with the ability to demonstrate awareness of digital trends.
You have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles content creation and campaign management and 3 years of experience in content production project management or digital campaign management with a focus on coordinating digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
You own excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and you have experience in stakeholder management (including managing senior clients) and incorporating feedback into content strategies.
DAM platform knowledge and MLR process knowledge is an advantage.
You have a customer-focused behavior in everything you do and ability to create and maintain well-functioning relationships with internal stakeholders and other 3rd party providers.
You have proficiency in project management tools and software with a readiness to learn new systems as needed.
You possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
