Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager for its clients Childrens Residential Service based in Swindon.
This role involves leading a brand-new trauma-informed therapeutic childrens service designed to provide a safe nurturing and family-style home for vulnerable young people. With capacity for just 45 children the service aims to feel like a true homewhere everyday moments such as mealtimes homework and shared activities become opportunities for healing and growth.

What will your responsibilities be
- Lead the development and delivery of a brand-new service from the ground up
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and high standards of care
- Implement trauma-informed approaches such as PACE (Playfulness Acceptance Curiosity Empathy)
- Oversee assessments and create tailored care plans for each child
- Recruit train and inspire a skilled and compassionate team
- Foster a culture of trust emotional safety and connection

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
- Proven experience in trauma-informed care settings
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and best practices
- Passion for child-centred care and emotional wellbeing
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
