As Director of Mergers & Acquisitions you will be a key architect of TVHs global growth close partnership with the Strategy Team and senior leadership you will be responsible for identifying and executing acquisition opportunities while helping define and formalize our global M&A approach.
This is a high-impact leadership role with significant exposure and influence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a clear scalable M&A strategy aligned with TVHs global objectives
Establish and continuously improve end-to-end M&A processes governance and decision frameworks
Identify evaluate and prioritize new acquisition opportunities through market analysis and industry insight
Build and present solid investment cases from financial and strategic point of view as a fundamental starting point for the remainder of the pre- and post-deal process
Lead full-cycle deal execution from origination and valuation to due diligence negotiation and integration planning post-acquisition performance follow-up and integration planning
Coordinate internal and external teams including Finance Legal Strategy Operations and external advisors
Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to the Executive Committee and Board
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across target companies advisors and industry networks
Stay abreast of market trends competitor activity and emerging opportunities
Travel up to 25 % to engage with potential targets and support deal execution across regions
Profile What You Bring
Min 6-8 years of experience in M&A with a strong foundation in strategy and execution
A background that combines corporate M&A with investment banking private equity or venture capital and strategic thinking
Demonstrated success leading multiple deals in parallel including cross-border transactions
Excellent financial acumen and the ability to see beyond the numbers to assess strategic fit and cultural alignment
Excellent stakeholder mangement and relationship-building skills
Strong negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive hands-on approach to problem solving
Comfortable operating in a dynamic fast-paced international environment
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Travel Requirement: Up to 25%
