Performs analytic review on financial statements and prepares reports explaining variances with prior periods and budget including analysis of foreign exchange gains / losses
Monitors all clearing accounts and reconciliation of inter-company accounts.
Reviews financial statements
Ensure payroll processes are performed in due time and validate payroll before payment
Provide leadership coaching and assistance to team members in their day-to-day activities
Prepare and perform payroll reconciliations
Conduct Payroll Audit Compare Pay reversals for recovered funds
Setting up of new payroll cycles and ensuring these are aligned to the whole HR process
Perform Payroll sign-offs Payroll Process Improvements Adhoc Payments and Year End processes including all Tax Obligations and Reporting
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Preferably CPA.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
