Job Summary
- Generate P&L reviews/reports
- Performs analytic review on financial statements and prepares reports explaining variances with prior periods and budget including analysis of foreign exchange gains / losses
- Monitors all clearing accounts and reconciliation of inter-company accounts.
- Reviews financial statements
- Ensure payroll processes are performed in due time and validate payroll before payment
- Provide leadership coaching and assistance to team members in their day-to-day activities
- Prepare and perform payroll reconciliations
- Conduct Payroll Audit Compare Pay reversals for recovered funds
- Setting up of new payroll cycles and ensuring these are aligned to the whole HR process
- Perform Payroll sign-offs Payroll Process Improvements Adhoc Payments and Year End processes including all Tax Obligations and Reporting
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably CPA.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati area.
