The Position
1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)
Work together with team members to develop brand strategy;
Drive business growth through deep business understanding and strategic thinking.
2. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities /
(Major functions of the position)
Understand the market dynamics and assist to develop brand strategy and plan to drive business growth.
Accurate collect analyse and monitor market intelligence including competitor information.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with brand relevant departments.
Work together with field team and provide clear direction as well as timely support for them.
Seamlessly collaborate within the marketing team advocate continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
4. Qualification and Experience
Education/Qualifications/
Bachelor degree or above
Consulting background is preferred
Job Required Competencies
MNC background
Minimum 3-5 years experience of Marketing/Sales at least 2 years experience of pharmaceutical product management
Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)
Strong Project Management capabilities self-motivated and results-driven
Strong execution capability strong cross-functional communication
