Founded in 2004 by Dr. Cassandra Woods-Peirce Childrens Therapy Network (CTN) is a therapist-owned pediatric clinic providing clinic-based Occupational Physical and Speech Therapy services across Ventura County. Therapist-Centered Pay & Benefits
W2 Employment with hourly compensation structure
Separate pay rates for treatment vs. documentation/admin
Productivity-based bonuses
Weekly direct deposit
Transparent performance metrics
Full-time salary range: $65000$115000/year
Part-time range: $55000$75000/year

What Youll Do
Deliver engaging play-based 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy
Conduct evaluations re-evaluations and individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with caregivers PTs SLPs and assistants
Provide education and home strategies to promote carryover
Document sessions and evaluations in a user-friendly EMR
Bring creativity and fun to every therapy session!
Qualifications
Occupational Therapy degree and active (or eligible) California OT license
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred but new grads welcome
Pediatric experience and/or sensory integration background is a plus
Excellent organization and communication skills
Passion for working with children and families
Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus but not required
Clinical Performance Benchmarks
Help children achieve 80% of their therapy goals
Maintain 95% family satisfaction ratings
Submit 100% of billable hours as per employment agreement
Complete daily notes within 24 hours
Submit evaluations/re-evaluations within 4872 hours
