Job Description
Job Title & Experience
- MERN Stack Developer / Software Product Developer (Remote)
- 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience particularly with the MERN stack
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clean maintainable and well-documented code
- Build interactive user-friendly web interfaces using
- Implement server-side logic RESTful APIs and database interactions
- Design maintain and optimize MongoDB databases
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes
- Optimize code for performance and scalability
- Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices
- Collaborate across agile teams
- Mentor junior developers as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with:
- (including Hooks Redux/Context API React Router)
- and
- MongoDB (including optimization and schema design)
- RESTful APIs
Nice-to-have Skills (Based on broader listings)
- TypeScript proficiency
- GraphQL API experience
- Authentication/Authorization (JWT OAuth2 SSO)
- Cloud deployment (AWS Azure GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes)
- Caching or messaging systems (Redis Kafka RabbitMQ)
- Understanding of web security (XSS CSRF CORS)
- Familiarity with or micro-frontends
- Experience with ORM tools like Prisma or TypeORM
- Automated testing frameworks (Jest Mocha Cypress)
