Title of Position- Overnight Production Baker
Job Description: The Overnight Production Baker will be responsible for prepping and mixing ingredients for fillings icings pastries cookies cakes and pies. The Overnight Production Baker should be familiar with professional kitchen equipment and food safety practices. This position will include baking pastries breads and other baked goods that we offer. The Overnight Production Baker should be a team player who can assist with a myriad of tasks including catering prep inventory and other tasks relating to the bakery. The Overnight Production Baker should be passionate about maintaining their work area and keeping the baking area as clean as possible. This is a fast-paced environment where you will have room to grow and learn every day!

Qualifications:
- This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in scratch baking concept
- The Overnight Production Baker must have open availability including mornings and weekends
