Essential Functions:
Ensure daily operations comply with environmental safety and legal/company standards including handling import/export documentation (e.g. customs declarations certificates of origin) and ensuring carrier compliance. Coordinate customs clearance processes and resolve trade compliance issues. Optimize warehouse and transportation workflows to balance delivery speed and cost control exploring transportation mode adjustments to reduce environmental impact. Analyze logistics data to drive process optimization. Collaborate with sales finance and operations teams to address transportation delays customer complaints and system failures ensuring business continuity. Proactively communicate order status and risks to stakeholders. Oversee the entire delivery timeline of customer orders to ensure on-time shipment as per committed dates. Work with relevant parties to resolve delivery bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with purchasing/suppliers to adjust material arrival times and meet urgent demands. Dynamically reallocate warehouse/transportation resources to prioritize urgent orders.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Familiar with logistics operations and practices proficient in SAP system with experience in Logistics Business administration or Transportation Supply Chain Management preferred. Acquiring knowledge of import/export customs clearance possessing international trade knowledge and having order risk control awareness. Meticulous detail-oriented ensuring order processing accuracy and efficiency. Strong execution clear logic proactive with excellent communication coordination teamwork and stress management skills. Fluent in English Speaking & writing.
Minimum education and work experience required:
Bachelor degree with at least 5years working experience
