Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Expert to lead and support the design configuration and implementation of procurement processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP Ariba and will work crossfunctionally to improve procurement operations compliance and system efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP Procurement modules especially SAP MM Ariba and S/4HANA Procurement.
- Analyze current procurement processes and recommend SAPdriven improvements.
- Configure and customize SAP procurement modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement finance and IT teams to align SAP functionality with business goals.
- Design and deliver training materials for endusers and procurement staff.
- Provide support for SAP testing golive and postgolive activities.
- Resolve issues related to SAP procurement processes and interfaces.
- Support vendor onboarding sourcing contracts purchase orders and invoice processing via SAP systems.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards through SAP controls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain IT Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of handson experience with SAP MM and/or SAP S4 hana.
- Strong understanding of endtoend procurement processes and best practices.
- Experience in system configuration data migration and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI SD).
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator with experience working in crossfunctional teams.
Preferred:
- SAP certification in MM or Ariba.
- Experience in global or multicountry SAP rollouts.
- Experience in regulated or government sectors if applicable.
- Arabic language proficiency (if needed for regional projects).
