The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing back-office tasks as well as handling accounting duties. This role requires proficiency in Tally preparing quotations and utilizing Microsoft Excel MS Office and Word.
Responsibilities:
- Manage back-office tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Handle accounting functions such as accounts payable accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients.
- Utilize Tally for maintaining financial records.
- Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in general office administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in back-office operations and accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
