Leominster Animal Hospital is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of pets and their people. As the first and last point of contact for our clients our CSRs are vital to our mission of providing compassionate high-quality veterinary care.
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with peopleyoull spend your day speaking with pet owners calming nerves answering questions and making connections.
A strong communicator who is patient empathetic and positive.
A team player who thrives in a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile.
Previous experience in customer service or a veterinary/medical setting is a plus but were happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalismin person by phone and via email.
Schedule appointments manage records and facilitate client communication with the medical team.
Handle transactions process payments and ensure accurate billing.
Be a calming presence and a helpful guide for clients during emotional or stressful situations.
Support a positive collaborative culture that values kindness and teamwork.

Current hours of operation: Monday-Thursday 8-6pm Fridays 8-5pm. However we are looking to open up some Saturday hours (8-1pm) as well as extend a couple of days each week (until 7pm) in the future.
