Busperson (Part-Time) Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead

Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is searching for a part-time Busperson to join their culinary team! This beautiful property has 326 suites and is in the Buckhead fashion district between Lenox Mall Phipps Plaza and The Shoppes at Buckhead - just blocks from a MARTA rail station!

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for customer service a warm and approachable personality and a natural enthusiasm for engaging with guests. They should exhibit strong teamwork abilities and have 12 years of relevant experience in roles such as Busperson Food Runner Breakfast Attendant or Server. Previous experience in a hotel environment and familiarity with food handling procedures are preferred.

Shift Pattern: Part-Time/ Full availability is required including weekdays weekends and holidays

Pay Rate:$15.00 per hour

What will I be doing

As a Busperson you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set and prepare tables for dining including but not limited to folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist food server(s) with table service including but not limited to serving beverages breads etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
