The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services is looking for a BGS-Government Services Growth Global Capture Director. The BGS-Government Services Growth Global Capture Director will be able to join the team from either Berkeley MO Hazelwood MO St. Louis MO Arlington VA. Washington DC. Mesa AZ. or Ridley Park PA.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options
Position Responsibilities:
Leads the Global Capture team focused on business growth increasing market share penetrating new markets strengthening and sustaining customer relations and exceeding expectations for orders for good business
Strategic development of new products; building and managing strategic partnerships with local industry; identifying solutions with clear differentiators; establishing credibility with decision makers and influencers while understanding customer needs acquisition processes budget cycles; and developing strategies to maximize the best of Boeing for customer solutions
Manages an organization with teammates dispersed across the world
Participates in both platform and services business discussions at multiple trade shows throughout the year
Collaborates with business consultants
Plays a critical role in working with suppliers to meet ever increasing industrial participation/localization requirements
Partners with industry leaders and military and political leaders of all levels and from all parts of the world

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
Minimum 5 years of senior leader or senior manager experience
Minimum 5 years of experience developing and managing strong relationships with International partners (internal and external)government and community customers and representatives
Minimum 5 years of experience productively collaborating across internal and external customers to advance account plan or sales opportunities
Minimum 5 years of experience using critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy
Minimum 5 years of experience developing and leading business strategy
Navigates global geopolitical landscape
Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
Risk mitigation strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential
Results-oriented focused and able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated experience and a record of success building and executing system acquisitions and/or opportunity campaigns.
Proactively and quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information simply
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree required or higher
Background and a working knowledge of all of Boeings defense platforms and sustainment models
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets goals and strong skills in program execution to schedule and budget.
Proactively and quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information simply
