Join Fellowship Community as a Part-Time Receptionist!
Location: Whitehall PA
Pay: $20/hour
Be the welcoming face of our senior living community! As a Receptionist youll connect with residents visitors and staff while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. Your role reflects our RISE Core Values: Relationships Innovation Stewardship and Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the telephone switchboard and direct calls
- Greet and assist visitors and staff
- Manage visitor registry and conference room bookings
- Distribute mail and compile meal requests
- Assist with copying collating and scheduling meetings
- Monitor lobby and common areas for safety
Qualifications:
- U.S. High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficient in reading writing and speaking English
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel Word)
- Strong public relations and organizational skills
- Understanding of geriatrics and long-term care preferred
- Ability to communicate with individuals with sensory impairments
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
