Title of Position Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the restaurant operations. To be successful Restaurant Assistant General Manager you must first build an exceptional team recruiting hiring training developing mentoring and maintaining a quality staff leads to consistent turnout on all levels from the Front of House to the Back of House. Administrative duties include but are not limited to strong P&L analysis skills cost control completing financial reports in a timely manner delegating throughout the rest of the management team and maintaining staff files. Our Restaurant Assistant General Manager should have a positive attitude and be goal-oriented and results driven.

Qualifications:

Three plus years of assistant general management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager

A requirement for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others
