Shift: Night Shift 3 x 9-Hour Shifts

A reputable healthcare facility in Montour Falls NY is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join its team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care under the direction of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications perform wound care and monitor vital signs
Assist patients with activities of daily living including hygiene mobility and nutrition
Accurately document patient care observations and clinical interventions
Report changes in patient status to supervising clinicians in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
Maintain a clean organized and safe environment for patients and staff
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans care procedures and wellness practices
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of New York
Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals long-term care or home health preferred
