The Division of Juvenile Justice is recruiting to fill a Social Services Associate position in Kotzebue at Kotzebue Juvenile Probation.
What You Will Be Doing:
Assist the Kotzebue Juvenile Probation office by providing a full range of support/administrative services and limited intake investigatory and field services duties. Establish and maintain case files and Juvenile Offender Management Information System files to meet compliance guidelines. Maintain office supplies assist with timesheets travel booking and other duties as assigned.

The Working Environment You Can Expect:
This position is located in the Kotzebue Juvenile Probation office in Kotzebue AK. This office is comprised of one Juvenile Probation Officer (JPO) one JPO District Supervisor and one Social Services Associate (SSA). In addition to Kotzebue we supervise probationers in numerous outlying communities in the Northwest Arctic Bureau.
This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week Monday through Friday. This position requires occasional travel for training and escorting purposes.
