What You Can Expect:
- Support Star Ratings performance across all product lines (Medicare Advantage Commercial Exchange) with an emphasis on helping develop the Medicare Stars program
- Serve as a subject matter resource for Medicare Star Ratings CMS Quality Rating System and NCQA Health Plan Ratings ensuring compliance and assisting with audit readiness.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to optimize data reporting maintain data accuracy and integrity and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to quality initiatives and provide informal leadership and guidance; role begins with no direct reports but will grow into supervisory responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
- Experience: 5 years experience
- Strongly preferred: Medicare Advantage Stars experience
