Job Description
What Youll Do
- Support & Refine Processes: Assist with key administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
- Optimize HR Systems: Help maintain our HRIS and other software tools ensuring data accuracy and optimizing workflows to better serve our team.
- Provide Team Support: Act as a helpful point of contact for employees providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Contribute to Projects: Jump in wherever needed on various HR projects with a focus on process improvement documentation and operational excellence.
