The UK Business Services and Legal Recruitment team form part of the overarching People function of Hogan Lovells working alongside HR Management and Learning and Development.
Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to manage the sourcing attraction selection assessment and recruitment process for Business Services and Legal including temporary workers in line with the overall firm strategy to create and deliver a high performance culture.
The role requires a high degree of professionalism both internally and externally to candidates considering a career with Hogan Lovells in the UK maintaining a positive and honest image of the firm through the recruitment process. The candidate will have exposure to a wide range of senior people including partners and business services department heads.
