Job Summary

Position: Commercial Drywall Estimator / Project Manager
Location: Phoenix AZ
Industry: Commercial Drywall & Framing
Job Type: Full-Time In-Person Immediate Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate and manage commercial drywall projects (small to mid-sized).
Utilize On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software for accurate estimating.
Generate new business through local industry relationships.
Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors.
Collaborate with Phoenix office staff for onboarding and strategic planning.
Help build out the structure systems and partnerships for a long-term commercial division.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong background in commercial drywall estimating and project management.
Well-connected within the Arizona construction market.
Proven history of securing and managing commercial projects.
Self-driven and capable of generating business independently.
Proficient with OST and other estimating tools.
