Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports individuals families and providers by serving as the first point of contact for services. This role requires excellent communication skills compassion and professionalism in assisting clients with scheduling service inquiries and general information. The CSR ensures that interactions are welcoming respectful and supportive reflecting the organizations commitment to accessible and person-centered behavioral health care.
Position: Full-time
Shift and Schedule: Monday-Thursday 12:15pm-8:45pm/Friday 12pm-8:30pm
Compensation: Staring at $16.80/hr
