Executive Administrative Assistant

Kansas City MO (On-Site) Full-Time MondayFriday

The Center for Developmentally Disabled (CDD) a nonprofit serving the Kansas City Metro for 50 years is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO and Chief Officers. This role is essential in keeping our leadership team organized efficient and focused on our mission of supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

What Youll Do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to CEO and executives.

  • Manage complex scheduling calendars correspondence and presentations.

  • Organize Board and executive meetings take minutes and maintain the Board portal.

  • Coordinate staff events and Board of Directors engagement activities.

  • Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Supervise the Program Administrative Assistant.

What Were Looking For

  • High school diploma/GED required; bachelors degree preferred.

  • At least 3 years experience supporting executives or senior leaders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office systems.

  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
