Job Description
Join the engineering team at the magical Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista
Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is an Official Walt Disney World Hotel offering 814 deluxe rooms and suites many with views of Disney Springs we have six on-site dining options two heated pools and a 24-hour arcade in the heart of Orlandos entertainment district
Ideal candidates have a minimum of 1 year of hotel maintenance/engineering experience are strong communicators good knowledge in maintenance and certifications in plumbing electrical or A/C are highly preferred
Shift Pattern: Full time Open availability required. Mainly between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm (Holidays and weekends are required) but need to have flexibility to fill in on 2nd shift as well
Pay Rate: $21.84 per hour

What will I be doing
- Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including but not limited to guest rooms public space and heart-of-the-house areas
- Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry plumbing electrical work painting HVAC work and masonry
- Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs
- Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
