IT QA Analyst

Duties: Establish and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships across all business units emphasizing Quality Assurance functions within the company and its capacity to serve as a productive strategic partner; identify problems and recommend solutions in daily work and for assigned programs/projects to improve services; demonstrate Whataburgers Family of Service: Pride Care Love; promote a one system environment with consistency of leadership within and between project teams; actively lead efforts that encourage equitable problem resolution and improved working relationships; promote and champion individual growth within the organization; lead and direct staff communication and compliance monitoring of policies procedures and practices; inspire and coach team members to attain goals and pursue excellence; analyze requirements for gaps ambiguities and to determine optimal testing approach depth tools for the effort; evaluate implement and configure automated testing tools and frameworks; design modify implement and execute manual and automated test scripts; maintain responsibility for validation verification adherence to quality assurance measures and testing standards for developing applications vendor software new hardware configuration changes throughout the systems development life cycle; evaluate test results to discover and report any errors configuration issues interoperability flaws; adhere to processes for the collection and analysis of data for measuring software hardware or system readiness quality operability; communicate with all project participants and stakeholders regarding testing status and metrics including progress risks issues potential impacts; educate team in testing tool usage and mastery through training presentations and one-on-one support; manage testing platforms including access control to and refreshment of viable test data for various applications; work collaboratively with others (internally and externally) to achieve common objectives goals results; demonstrate fiscal responsibility with all company assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor Computer Science Computer Applications Management Information Systems or a related technical field of study; will accept equivalent foreign degree.

Experience: Three (3) years as a IT QA Analyst Software Development Engineer Principal Consultant or Technical Associate.

Experience must include:

End-to-End Testing including Test Strategy Test Estimation Test Design Test Execution; Developing and designing automation framework for web applications; Performance Bottleneck Analysis; MySQL RDBMS MongoDB and ETL Tools
