Job Summary
Able-Services the adult services affiliate of Leg Up Farm is currently looking to hire Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for their adult day program and transportation the role of a Direct Support Professional you will provide engaging activities and community outings to assist individuals to learn skills for independence and have a fulfilling day.
A typical day begins between 6 AM and 8:30 AM and ends between 4 PM and 6:30 PM. Over 3 weeks of paid training and job shadowing are provided by the agency. Staff members ensure participants are provided with support and personal care and are kept safe at all times. They are able to travel through the county on outings and have fun with individuals while teaching them new skills. - High School Diploma or GED
- PA State Police Criminal Record Check
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI Fingerprint Check (as applicable)
- Compliance with Drug Testing and Satisfactory Drug Testing Results
- Physical Examination and TB Test
- Driving Record Check
- Valid Drivers License
