As an HR employee you are at the heart of the action and the trusted face for all the talent starting through Randstad. What does this mean for you in practice
Sourcing & Engaging Talent: You are involved in recruitment daily speaking with potential new employees and getting them excited about a future with our client. You give these talents tours and show them their potential new workplace in the warehouse.
Creating a Warm Welcome: You ensure a perfect administrative start including a personal welcome email.
Coaching & Guiding: You are present in the warehouse daily conducting performance and job satisfaction meetings together with a team leader and you are the first point of contact for all your employees.
Providing Care & Attention: You proactively maintain contact with employees on sick leave and show your involvement.
Building Together: You collaborate with your team and go the extra mile to help talents clients and colleagues succeed.
You are an early bird who gets in the car full of energy heading to Biomet Zimmer in Breda in the morning and DB Schenker in Tilburg in the afternoon.
A varied 40-hour work week suits you perfectly.
You have your own car to get you everywhere you need to go.
You switch just as easily between Dutch and English.
You excel at planning and organizing and know how to keep multiple balls in the air.
Because your dedication and growth are central to us you can count on:
A good salary between 2500 and 2900 gross per month (based on 40 hours) matching your experience.
A personal benefit budget of 12.347% on top of your salary (which includes 8.5% holiday allowance 3.847% extra).
Support for your mobility and a well-equipped (home) office: a phone a contribution of 225 and a budget of 750.
