Digital Marketing Lead 12 month fixed term contract

Were looking for a results-driven B2B Digital Marketing specialist to lead our digital marketing on a 12 month maternity cover. Youll lead dunnhumbys global digital marketing strategy managing key high-profile projects such as build of our new corporate website migration to our new CRM (Salesforce) alongside developing and optimising our digital channels platforms and marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and increase engagement with our target audience of retailers and brands.

What youll do

A true digital marketing expert youll own our strategy and platforms website build social channels digital advertising and CRM turning them into dynamic engines that not only drive traffic but produce quality leads through an unparalleled user experience.

Influencing senior stakeholders around the globe youll craft ingenious digital strategies tailored for diverse markets working with in-region teams and content specialists to help dunnhumby connect with buyers turning engagement into an art form and propelling opportunity and revenue.

With unmatched knowledge of the latest digital marketing tech trends and channel development youll have advanced understanding of how CRM and CMS platforms should integrate to drive greater impact and ROI of our digital activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy - oversee and implement a comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Website lead the development and build of our new website and SEO strategy managing external agency partner outputs. Manage communications to and input from key stakeholders ensuring project is aligned to strategic vision and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Social media - Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads etc.) to maximize ROI develop and oversee paid and organic social media strategies on LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting determine metrics and monitor KPIs using data-driven insights to continually optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Budget management determine allocation of digital marketing budget across best performing channels and external agency partners to optimise ROI
  • Team management manage and mentor digital marketing executive allocating responsibilities and overseeing their work. Support digital developer with workload. Run weekly team meetings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage AI platforms and digital tools to create efficiencies and optimise our digital marketing processes.


What youll need

  • Experience of leading digital marketing strategy for B2B organisation ideally from technology SaaS data analytics or media sectors
  • Experience of managing website build and development optimising user experience increasing engagement and conversion
  • Demonstrable experience of managing SEO LinkedIn advertising (paid and organic) lead generation and CRM
  • Expertise in GA4 Salesforce
  • Strong analytics and creative thinking
  • Digital marketing qualification desirable
