Job Description
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Support and lead comprehensive China market intelligence foundation from both internal and external sources and generate report to different stakeholders monthly and quarterly
Develop and strategize new processes to derive insights from multiple data sources to support marketing analytics and reporting needs
Support annual strategy review and business plan process via marketing intelligence insights and data analysis
Proactively reviewing & assessing project performance metrics and suggest recommendations to identify high value opportunities
Create presentations for various management levels to share results insights business implications and recommendations
Be an analytics champion and accountable for projects and ensure they are delivered on time and to a high quality standard
Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced degree in Business Economics or Life Sciences as preference
- 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing/business analytics
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive direction with cross-functional initiatives
